Return Policy

Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in original condition with all original packaging and tags. Products must be unused and show no signs of wear or damage. Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us through our contact form or email with your order information. We will provide return instructions and a return authorization number. Items must be returned using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account after processing. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Please report damage within 7 days of delivery.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item following our return process and place a new order for the desired item. We will process the return refund separately from the new order.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom or personalized items, items that have been used or damaged by the customer, items returned more than 30 days after delivery, and items without original packaging may not be eligible for return. Final sale items are clearly marked and cannot be returned.
